Very berry smoothie

very berry smoothie

To make a smoothie that will fill you up all day - all you need to add is cooked rice. Either leftovers or rice from a pre-cooked pouch. It might sound a bit out there, but trust us - it's great.

  • 30g cooked rice (leftovers or from a pre-cooked pouch)
  • a handful of berries (you can mix and match or use single versions)
  • 30g Greek yogurt
  • sugar or other sweetener, to taste
  • liquid - for example you could use regular, soy, almond or rice milk; coconut water; or apple juice


  • Blender
