National Rice Week 2025 is an opportunity to Rice Up Your Life!
We’re back for the seventh year, from Monday, 8 to Sunday, 14 September, celebrating all types of rice and the many delicious dishes that can be cooked with them.
Rice is one of the most convenient, easy to cook and great value foods available and National Rice Week is the perfect opportunity to widen your recipe repertoire!
From creating ‘fakeaways’ at home, to easy suppers for friends and delicious and nutritious meals for all the family, there are so many ways to enjoy and celebrate this nutritious and versatile grain.

Variety
With so many different kinds of rice to choose from including basmati, long grain, fragrant, risotto and pudding, there are almost endless ways to enjoy this nutritious and versatile grain. So, this National Rice Week, why not cook up one of your favourite rice dishes or discover a new one by trying a different kind of rice.
